On Motion Media stepped in to produce a recruitment video that showcased the lighter, more fun and more family atmosphere at Comcast. The video features real-life Comcast employees -- many of whom never performed on camera. This challenge allowed the On Motion Media team to exercise one of their strongest skills -- getting professional performances out of non-professional talent. In the end, the On Motion Media team created an easy-to-follow script and a relaxed on-set atmosphere that made even the most camera-shy individuals shine.
