The Certificate Program in Leadership and Ethics is a sixteen-credit certificate that students of the Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business and College of Business Administration can earn as a part of their Pitt academic experience. The CPLE program is a unique approach to learning in that it takes the student outside of the classroom and into the real world. This time the real world was Palermo, Italy.

The Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business and College of Business Administration called upon On Motion Media to follow a group of students to Palermo to document their real world experience. The video production crew left Pittsburgh for a nine-day adventure to both Rome and Palermo. Utilizing the Canon EOS 7D to shoot both HD video and stills, the video production was facilitated by a very small but talented crew.
